What about hardware builders who don't care about Windows 11? Will small niche computers like the Raspberry Pi be an option then? It depends of course, how much CPU power is needed. I got my Nokia 8 for $250 new in 2017.
Snapdragon 835 and OIS in Camera with Stock Android , it cannot go wrong.

Redmi 4 is waste of money , you have better got a used samsung flagship or Nokia upper midranger or a oneplus if lucky.
