Windows 7 is running on GPT, but I am using Legacy BIOS compatibility mode. I am going to copy Windows 7 to a backup disk using GParted from my Arch install and format the disk to MBR, copy it back and reinstall Windows Boot Manager, hopefully that solves it. If not, it may be with the motherboard. ...
