windows 10 in 2023-beyond?
Actually theres no point in dropping Windows 10 support in non-UWP softwares anyway, as 10 and 11's APIs and kernel being apparently similar. Anyhow assuming if Win10 is already on EOL, the most likely to happen is that eventually after year or so, most Store apps would not have supported 10 anymore...
