Windows Vista Ultimate x64 2020.01 (6003) + Serv2008 Updates
At the cost of further derailment the thread, that would be an awful lot of work. 45ESR renders things worse than UXP, so that would need to be modernized, as well as the usual "designing an entire browser from scratch-ish when you're already maintaining, building, and supporting 400 zillion b...

Yeah, you need a semi-modern browser for MEGA. Really perplexes me why so many people are still on say, Firefox 48 or 52 when Roytam1 and Fedor2 are here on this board sharing their UXP backports. https://forum.eclipse.cx/viewforum.php?f=35 https://forum.eclipse.cx/viewforum.php?f=33 To be honest, ...

Why pre-created account? Well there was supposed to be an Easter Egg. The account owner was supposed to say Registered to United States Postal Service as a tribute to our friend, winclient5270 8-) Unfortunately that didn't quite work as intended. Would like an edit without the pre-created account. ...

There is, of course Pale Moon/UXP as well. Some quirky limitations, but not bad overall. Do remember to correctly refer to emojis as emoticons though. Else you risk a terribly uncomfortable encounter with a certain local. Do abstain from mentioning XP/Vista x_x  I think Pale Moon and UXP will ...

Office 2007 Enterprise all the way :3 2010 is a close second for me. Access/Outlook were improved in 2010, but I preferred the interface and activation method otherwise in 2007. So for me in order of greatest to worse: -Office 2007 -Office 2010 -Office 2003 -Office 2016 -Office 2013 ..................

For me though, Windows 10 is actually ok for me but because last year when i play around on one of the school business PC's running Windows 10 [idk the build version, running Core i7 3rd gen], the start menu on one side were bad, and the other ones were ok, but good thing they fixed the other ones ...

Windows 7 ISOs updated to 2020-01 and 2016-09 with USB 3 and NVMe drivers
Once again thank you for this great ISO. However I still have a problem with the install. I fixed the intelide.sys problem when initially booting the install USB (I think it was a boot order problem). And I got to install windows 7 on my drive. However when I reach the dual boot screen and choose w...

I'd rather you pulled your head out of your ass and listened to everyone that hates Jamie Dignam because they have much more of a justified opinion (and much more of a life) than he does. all he has ever contributed is drama and distress in others, everyone that hates him contributes to actual proj...

Yeah, I am. I'm not too bothered about having my other account back for some reason - I'd rather @R3n deleted it and permanently purge this thread along with it once @XP Luna has managed to acknowledge this post. I still have server access, though for completely different reasons than you likely ex...

I think I can see why this never made it past WHQL testing stages - it's horrendously unstable. Using the same card as you (albeit a V3, but it has an identical chipset) on both XP x64 and Vista x64 - works pretty well on XP, but on Vista it seems to only run on 802.11b mode without too much proble...

For the sakes of Google (hopefully) being kinder to this place on the SEO side of things the 'eclipse.cx' domain always enforces a HTTPS redirect - admittedly, it's a 302 redirect and not a 301, because I had intended at some point to make a basic homepage there, however I forgot to do so. The subd...

AHCI nor IDE modes work with this ISO - seems like the driver completely breaks initial setup. (H61 Express Chipset) You may want to remove the driver from the packages and re-release this ISO. On a note, mind citing your references for where you collated all the updates necessary and any particula...

I've tested the latest New Moon 28 and Firefox 45 and I've found that middle clicking to scroll is broken in both builds.

Well that's a rather interesting find. Wonder if tweaking the sampling rate of the audio output would help matters in your case then? @CLC, what sound card do you have, just out of curiosity? I think i also had those problems before, it went up to the correct pitch when i changed the MIDI device for some reason, and it played MP3's at the correct pitch. Probably because the audio device was overloaded that it couldn't play the wav files correctly That appears to describe my issue. I was...

I've finally recorded the audio for it, both are XP sound files being played from a media player, but one is from Vista, the other XP.
I recommend you use Audacity to look at the audio because it helps you play two sounds one after another.

Branding notes and a few minor issues
Mind updating the 'bookmarks' so that it references the Eclipse board instead of the Pale Moon forum (merely to help drive traffic here for New Moon support)? I just noticed it in the bookmarks bar by default, that's all. (On a note, any feelings towards the Neptune Navigator name for New Moon, pre...

So, I've reinstalled XP, and have a finally(?) working updated copy, and still have the issue. I'll do recording later, as I've been up for about 18 hours.
