Not sure why DX9 would break before DX11, it's the reverse of AMD's drivers. Do the AMD drivers also return BEX64 crashes on DX11? It's not the Vista OS problem, but it's the driver problem, probably the communication between the user-mode dll files and the igdkmd64.sys driver file
