Unless Resource Hacker doesn't see it, it doesn't seem to be there.

r3dfox, modern Firefox for Windows 7!
Yeah I need to get around to fixing those menus, but I'm not entirely sure what they are. Probably going to tackle them with 125. Translate being gone might be related to removing telemetry, but not sure. I would need to see how stock Firefox and Mercury behaves. Yeah r3dacted is a bit of a meme, I ...

Unable to find any difference between SSE2 and AVX2 in any browser
I looked at my 2020 Windows 7 ISO, and it appears to have microcode from 7 SP1. Unless late 2010 microcode has some sort of performance decrease, it shouldn't be that.

Unable to find any difference between SSE2 and AVX2 in any browser
Bonus testing: This was testing of me testing tuning settings. Tune and ztune are settings that optimize for the Athlon 64. I was testing to see if it benefited only the Athlon 64 or more processors. These scores aren't directly comparable to the above due to me not compiling with PGO. P4 524 r3d st...

Unable to find any difference between SSE2 and AVX2 in any browser
For release r3dfox, I was wanting to build x86 SSE2, x64 SSE3, and x64 AVX or AVX2. Three builds that offered the best performance for their category. When it came to picking AVX or AVX2, I wanted to see which had the best benchmark scores. I started by taking Mercury 115 ESR SSE3, SSE4, AVX, and AV...

Since it's Discord, if you just post the link in it, it adds the tracking details needed for it to be valid again, and then it works for a week or so. I did that and am just reuploading it here.

DX12U, more updates, iTunes (for some fucking reason), some games. People asked the same question about W10 when it first came out compared to 7 and most software straight up abandoned 7 today. So in around a year or so, software will start dropping 10. People are now starting to drop support for 1...

Will just have to see then. Are there any real core differences that make 11 more appealing over 10?

Hmm, if 11 after 12 is out can be made into 10 2 then maybe. However from what I have seen I don't have much hope. Also POPCNT shenanigans.

I guess, but afaik 22H2 has more stuff like DirectStorage and optimizations for Intel 12th gen and later. I think 22H2 would be the better base unless these can be or were backported to 2021 IOT LTSC.

Problem with the newer version of Intel HD Graphics 4000 driver on Windows Vista Extended Kernel
I spotted this on the extended kernel website. https://www.win32subsystem.live/extended-kernel/downloads/graphics/intel/IntelHD_9.17.10.4459_Vista.7z This seems to be the last driver for the HD 3000 (also works on 4000) and the driver .sys was modified to work with Vista. Still old control panel but...

Here is the bad, I could never get to my local hard drive without entering some mysterious password to authenticate; and since I don't have such password (and shouldn't need one for a live session on linux) I was unable to access my files. Once I realized that it was history. All other distros I ha...

Andriod emulator that isn't malware?
Yeah, but VirtualBox kinda sucks as some applications are only made for ARM(64) or require more 3D acceleration than VirtualBox can provide.

Maybe, but the data should be resilient enough to be recoverable. I doubt they'd still be using ancient non-sealed hard drives.

Huh, that is weird. I know when I made my account I just made an account. If I remember correctly, I did it through K-Meleon 74 which I know can't render Twitter anyways. I just do manual approval to stop spam. Kinda easy to tell.

To make it as simple as possible, someone I trusted and found the site with made a lot of the community angry, and even though they've been ejected for a long while, people can still hate me because I was associated with them.

I'm sorry to hear you don't have help with your new project, I hope that changes. I've kinda lost interest in Vista, so I probably won't be looking into this for a long while.
