forum.eclipse.cx on 16 Bit

For the sakes of Google (hopefully) being kinder to this place on the SEO side of things the 'eclipse.cx' domain always enforces a HTTPS redirect - admittedly, it's a 302 redirect and not a 301, because I had intended at some point to make a basic homepage there, however I forgot to do so. The subd...

AHCI nor IDE modes work with this ISO - seems like the driver completely breaks initial setup. (H61 Express Chipset) You may want to remove the driver from the packages and re-release this ISO. On a note, mind citing your references for where you collated all the updates necessary and any particula...

So now all is back to normal I think, Compa has his old account, the banner why Compa left is gone, all Honorary Members are gone (except Compa is now an Honorary Member instead of an admin) and all posts and PMs that were posted today are gone as well. Had to restore a previous backup of the forum.

Anything done within the past 24ish hours is gone, so you'll need to redo any posts or reupload any new profile pictures.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Compa wrote: 01 Mar 2021, 21:19 Can't confirm this issue on my end, running the interim build dated 2021-02-25. Check your settings.
So apparently, this feature is autoscrolling, and it was disabled. Enabling it fixed the issue.

The generic middle button scroll.

I've tested the latest New Moon 28 and Firefox 45 and I've found that middle clicking to scroll is broken in both builds.

Well that's a rather interesting find. Wonder if tweaking the sampling rate of the audio output would help matters in your case then? @CLC, what sound card do you have, just out of curiosity? Need help with an issue with IDT HD audio and Windows XP x64

I think i also had those problems before, it went up to the correct pitch when i changed the MIDI device for some reason, and it played MP3's at the correct pitch. Probably because the audio device was overloaded that it couldn't play the wav files correctly That appears to describe my issue. I was...

I've finally recorded the audio for it, both are XP sound files being played from a media player, but one is from Vista, the other XP.

I recommend you use Audacity to look at the audio because it helps you play two sounds one after another.

Branding notes and a few minor issues

Mind updating the 'bookmarks' so that it references the Eclipse board instead of the Pale Moon forum (merely to help drive traffic here for New Moon support)? I just noticed it in the bookmarks bar by default, that's all. (On a note, any feelings towards the Neptune Navigator name for New Moon, pre...

I kinda wanna see how an AVX x64 build would work to be honest. It might not even be possible, but science.

It's the best balance between the speed lost with Firefox 52 and compatibility gained from 52.

So a browser with WebRTC is great. Maybe MS Teams will work on XP, that would be really nice. I tried that out, sadly it didn´t. At first it just said my browser is incompatible. After changing the useragent to "Mozilla/5.0 (%OS_SLICE% rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0 Basilisk/52.9.2021.01...

Oh so that's why you had the testboard running an older software revision. Mind checking if this plugin works on 3.3? I've added Advanced BBCode box to help with adding BBCode to posts. I've also added the Lucid Blue theme as a replacement for the black theme. Black will still be available for a short time, but will eventually be removed, unless someone really wants the theme to stay. I'm also open to any changes, ...

I will be assuming that you are using the Windows 7 ISO linked here . You can use another ISO, but integrating USB 3.0 and NVMe drivers are on you. Step 1 : Use Rufus to put the ISO on a USB flash drive. Note: I recommend you use legacy mode or CSM in the BIOS for installing any OS, you'll have to w...
