All of those should fare well on 7/8. Also, what do you mean by Aero lag? I've never experienced this, but I've been sticking to older driver releases, so it could be that? (372.70, 391.35, and 431.36 are some good releases I use) Also, I use Windows 7 with three monitors, and it fares well for me....
