I tried installing Windows XP via a CD and it refused to copy some files. Then in the next stage if the setup it would say that the access is denied to some files and that the setup cant continue. Ventoy was a bit buggy for me, wasn't even able to boot a Vista ISO. Easy2Boot doesn't like modded XP ISOs. Your best bet is WinToFlash . I've used it with success multiple times on my laptop.
