Windows 7 timezone revert help

Hello,
I'm using windows 7 and am using the custom .iso that a member here made. So anyway, everytime i login into windows 7 the time is wrong and is reverted like 4 or 5 hours behind, the timezone is correct and everything but the hours always revert back.
Any fix?
