OpenVPN for XP (latest official): 2.3.18
OpenVPN for XP (latest unofficial): 2.5.4
BlockDNS for OpenVPN in Windows XP-Server 2003: 1.0 (20211218)

OpenVPN v2.3.18 was the last version that officially supports Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. We lately had the need to use the newer version 2.5.4 of OpenVPN to support stronger data ciphers like AES-256-CBC.

BlockDNS is used to block DNS traffic for OpenVPN in Windows XP, because the
OpenVPN implementation for Windows XP and Server 2003 can not effectively block
DNS traffic and we have DNS leaks during the VPN connection.
