120g? The phone is all plastic to make it lighter and more durable. If realized it may need a metal frame to dissipate heat, but I still want it as light as possible.
4.6in LCD, 16:9, 1080x1920, 480 DPI, 102mm x 57mm, ~75% screen to body ratio. Although 720x1280 ~320DPI is completely fine too. (LCD instead of OLED for durability and longevity (able to be taken apart without wrecking screen and no inevitable lines or burn in)

All plastic phone including screen. Sides and back are flat, high quality matte plastic with the XZ1C plastic texture.
Front has the screen surrounded by big speakers on the top and bottom, similar to Axon 7.
Pre-applied glass screen protector with the option of either clear or privacy.
Sides are flat, but have a bit of rounding at the edges, as to not have sharp edges.
Back is removable, remember that?
Snapdragon 6 or 7 of current gen, perhaps even undervolted. Or salvaged 865 or 8G2 since apparently that's possible.
SIM and MicroSD go in slots under the back cover. Dual SIM if possible.
A wide(?) back camera, zoomable with OIS and an ultrawide back camera with OIS. Hopefully some sort of macro mode or enough zoom to make up for the lack of macro camera.

Headphone Jack, remember that?
Good, high quality DAC for that headphone jack.
Ability to work like a DAC or Bluetooth audio transmitter when connected to PC.
IR blaster and receiver, remember that?

Rebindable action button
3000?mAh (or as big as it can be) removable battery. Able to be powered on without battery while plugged in. Software switch to limit battery charging to 80% on the kernel level.
Internal pins for various uses or attachments.
Wireless charging coil is connected to the back and attaches to a couple internal pins. Also has reverse charging too.
Illuminated Eclipse logo is also connected to the back and also attaches to a couple internal pins.

A few extra things to give context:

For the display, I do not like super thin bezels or notches or curved edges. I like an uninterrupted screen and enough margin as to not accidentally tap the screen.

I mention XZ1C when discussing the plastic build, this is the Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact. The plastic on the XZ1C is high quality, matte, feels flat or smooth while having a good amount of grip. I think this would be perfect here.

In the images, I've only mocked up black. It's the Eclipse site background tiled. This is meant to replicate a matte black plastic with a purple tinge. I might make mockups with other colors like purple, white, blue, green, red, or more in the future.

The screen comes with a glass screen protector to have the best of both worlds. It feels like glass and has the scratch protection of glass, but if it breaks, you can just take it off and keep using the phone. Screen would be inset enough to keep the glass protector slightly inset from the front plastic bezel for extra drop protection.

The speakers are so big because I can have trouble understanding people on the phone. Having a bigger speaker means it's louder and higher quality. The bottom speaker is equally big to make it more symmetrical and to have better and more equal stereo sound. Although I might be fine going tri bezelless and mono sound since it's mostly earpiece I want.

Naming:
ePhone may be copyrighted as there is also an ePhone product by another company. If this ever gets realized and this is an issue, it can be instead called the Everything Phone, which can unofficially be called the ePhone. The name also makes fun of the Nothing Phone.

Rounded edges?
Originally I was going to do full rounded edges, then the XZ1C made me not want to do rounded but idk. I'd just need to get myself a X Compact and figure out from there.

USB C and headphone jack on both the top or the bottom?
Would help when charging (from power bank) and listening to music and putting in pocket. Although uncommon, maybe both headphone jack and USB C on the top would be best as the jack could eat into space that could otherwise be used for the battery.

Volume buttons below power button?
Pretty uncommon, but I find it helps when using them as keyboard cursor control. Otherwise top is probably better.

Middle volume button for play/pause and skip/back?
This is the idea that made me want to have an action button, and maybe it could be integrated into the volume buttons. However I feel it might make them too big and harder to use. Apple did pull it off in the iPod Nano 7 and that's pretty small so maybe not but idk. Probably not possible if below the power button unless I remove the camera button though.

Mini toslink?
I love using toslink for audio and it would give a direct wired digital output. Could also have a input jack and be a cool portable digital recording and playback device. Although that might be getting a bit too wacky for a phone.

Flipper Zero features?
If the phone is ever realized, this might be an issue for regulatory reasons since it's banned in Canada, but it would be cool to have more than just the basic NFC reader and whatever. Phones already have a lot of the hardware to do something like this. Would also add to the Everything Phone idea.

Keyboard attachment:
This is an accessory that clips in place of the removable back to add a keyboard. Connecting to the internal pins to provide a sliding keyboard. I assume this would add 5mm or so. Although it would block the cameras. Maybe some workaround could be found.

Removable back or LG G5 style?
Someone suggested having it work like the LG G5, which maybe that would be better for water resistance and the keyboard attachment. This would need prototyping to decide.

Ambient temperature sensor?
I thought of this one day when I was curious if the temperature of a room matched the thermostat, but I also realize that this could be influenced by being in a hot hand or pocket for a while, and might not work that well. Then I thought of the below.

Thermal laser and/or camera?
These seem kinda cool, and could be nice to have in a phone, but I'm not sure if it's a bit much for this size of phone.

Alternative 18:9:
I don't think I like 18:9 comparing the XZ1C and XZ2C, but since I already made this, I might as well still use it.

I don't like super thin bezels or notches or curved edges. I find myself accidentally touching the screen on my XZ2C when I use it because of the thin bezels and flush design while the XZ1C has thicker bezels and the screen is a bit inset.

What about the Infinity Display found in Samsung S8/S9 but with thicker bezels on the sides, and flat sides to avoid accidental taps?

That's basically a normal phone screen before things went to shit and what I did.

I decided to remove 120mm bit from ePhone as I don't feel like making it bigger, so it's 118mm again. I also moved the action button below the fingerprint sensor.

Also apparently they're able to make new devices with older chips, Ayn launched the Ayn Thor with a lite model with the 865, and higher end models with the 8G2. Those chips are still pretty baller and I think faster than low end chips, so I edited in the possibility of reusing an older flagship chip to the post.
