OpenJDK 21 for Vista x64 (no extended kernel required)

I forked OpenJDK 21 and made this

https://github.com/WindClan/jdk21-vista

it runs under vista without the extended kernel and networking actually works
i havent been able to get x86 to build and there are no x86 builds available so it probably wont happen
xp builds wont happen since that needs more than a few edits and brand changes (thats outside of my knowledge)
