WindowsXP-USP4-v3.1b-x86-ENU.exe
2. Go here: https://ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=157225#p157225 then grab & install:
WindowsXP-SP4EOS-Rollup-v2.exe
Changing language to EN (workaround):
