Games are sorted alphabetically, the API used will also be stated. Modern games were tested ultra without MSAA (may use TAA or other AA), older games were tested with MSAA. GTA 5 was tested with ultra without touching advanced settings, RDR2 was tested with ultra including advanced settings. Results will have average, 1%, and .1% lows recorded by MSI Afterburner and RTSS, excluding RDR2 and Superposition. I also added results from my 2080 Ti undervolted with a mem OC.

I noticed the Ghostrunner result was significantly better with the undervolt, so much so that I redid the benchmark, and got similar results. There's a lot less stutter with the undervolt, and I'm not sure why. You might assume shader compilation since it's a UE4 game, but this is DX11, not DX12, so I'm not sure.
I was going to do Vulkan Ray Tracing testing, however it appears that the AMD card does not support RT with Vulkan under 7, unlike the 2080 Ti. Quake RTX refuses to run on the AMD card, and DOOM Eternal (which I may test later) did not allow me to enable RT. Another bug with the AMD card I had was that sometimes with full screen games, the game would be locked at 1 FPS, and in some games, like Rust, have artifacting in like large strips. The fix is easy though, just alt tab out and back into the game and it's fixed.
Something I noticed with both cards, but surprisingly more often with the Nvidia card, is that I got the DWM performance pop up and multi monitor black screen bug. This seems to be the opposite of what a user on Reddit had when going from a 2060 to a 6800XT.
Something I noticed with my 970 before, and now my 2080 Ti is that I very rarely have what looks like artifacts in games or on the desktop, even at stock. I've run multiple hours of OCCT on the core and RAM, and the cards are 100% stable (at least at stock for the 2080 Ti), and I still see it. In my limited time with the AMD card, I haven't seen it happen.
I will be updating this later on with more games, however the 6800 XT will be tested with a 5800X system instead. All the benchmarks above that I've done (so far) were tested with both cards in my main computer.
