 Extract the driver
The INF has NT 6.0 and 6.1 sections, the 6.0 section is mostly complete, but if your WiFi card has one of these below IDs, you can mod the inf by replacing 6.1 with 6.0 or fake 6.1 globally with osver.ini.

Open athrx.sys (or athr.sys for 32 bit) with CFF Explorer.
Under import directory, click ntoskrnl.exe, find wcscpy_s and remove the _s
Go to NDIS.sys, find NdisSetCoalescableTimerObject and replace it with NdisSetTimerObject
Go to Rebuilder, untick Rebuild PE Header, tick Update Checksum, click Rebuild, and then save.
Install the driver using device manager. The driver is unsigned so you'll either need to sign it, use unsigned/test mode, or use the extended kernel which loads unsigned drivers by default.
