Uplay on Windows 7

This was primarily for Rainbow Six: Siege, but I'd imagine this will work for other games using the Uplay launcher.
>Download the older version of the Uplay launcher here
>Go into C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\version.txt
>Paste the current version number (at the moment this is 11037 as of 3/10/2024, the easiest way to keep this up to date is to have a W10 install to take current version numbers from whenever it stops working. I may update this whenever I remember but I make no promises).
>Launch game as normal
