I recommend just unticking the few Quality Rollups initially shown instead of hiding, because you will have to keep hiding them all, checking updates, hiding again, checking updates, repeat, it's a long process.
The Quality Rollups include telemetry and aren't required as this 2020 update point instead opts for the Security Only variants of these updates that don't include any.
