r3dfox, modern Firefox for Windows 7!

Pushed a release that finally fixes the menus.

https://github.com/Eclipse-Community/r3dfox/releases/tag/125.0.2

This was a massive pain to track down. It was the definition of a color being changed. I had to track down and compare versions to see what differences there were.

The idea behind having that disabled is to have native like elements like the scroll bar, check boxes. etc.

Note to me in case I move server again. Increase post_max_size and upload_max_file in php.ini, and client_max_body_size in nginx.conf. Also make sure permissions are properly set.

Multifunctional widget for screenshotting, monitoring CPU and RAM usage, and cleaning RAM

Do you know you can attach images directly to the posts and then place and inline insert ? ;) Yes, but I kept getting a nondescript "HTTP error" trying to upload the image, and I'm not sure how to begin diagnosing that. It's just a basic "RamMap requires Windows Vista or higher"...

Anyway, I remember about SysInternals RAMMap: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/ff700229 This latest version requires Vista or better but maybe older versions can run on XP, I don't remember. I join two older versions to this post so you can check. https://board.eclipse.cx/viewtopic....

Hmm, you might be right. I don't do these tweaks for most test installs, but why would it be inconsistent in the stuff I do tweak?

Multifunctional widget for screenshotting, monitoring CPU and RAM usage, and cleaning RAM

I'm using All CPU Meter gadget on my Windows 7 VM I have gadgets disabled because they're a security risk. I'm also running 8.1 currently. I know it can be hacked onto 8/10, but not XP. So not an option. I would rather not have a gadget or widget framework running and just have a universal thing I ...

Firewall program for manually allowing or blocking program network access

In the past I've used Kerio Firewall on XP, the best firewall I've ever had. Nowadays I'm afraid it will be quite hard to find something that is still running on XP :? I currently use Comodo Firewall 8.4.0.5165. I was going to upgrade to 12.0.0.6818 (last to work on XP), however after using it in a...

I remember something being wrong with My Computer folders and WinAero Tweaker. I forgot what it was, but now I remember, the folders are stuck at the bottom and I can't figure out how to move them to the top. I knew removing external devices was some sort of registry tweak, but since this tool would...

I've decided to split some ideas from the contributing post into their own topic, so I can better explain them in a single contained post. This is the Aero Snap replacement. The future idea for r3dfox is to remove telemetry while still having similar privacy settings to stock Firefox as to not break website compatibility. I guess they would be kinda different, but only different as in one has a good user js config stock and the other is default.
