I found a way to run the newest version on steam use (From PotionShop's post ): -vgui -dev -nofriendsui -no-dwrite -nointro -nobigpicture -nofasthtml -nocrashmonitor -noshaders -no-shared-textures -disablehighdpi -cef-single-process -cef-in-process-gpu -single_core -cef-disable-d3d11 -cef-disable-s...

It works, just go to settings, then output and change the two video encoder options to software since Nvidia NVENC isn't supported.

rpcs3 has now been upgraded to qt6, and using the basic fix on the new version doesn't at all and gives out an error.

all i can guess it's maybe the graphics driver since i had to rollback recently, and that was the only software that affected windows.
also again when it comes to replacing the version of steam and rolling back, do i just dump the old files on the main steam folder?

Game properties in steam's GUI (one of the options when you right click a game), and i'm installing the older version steam on it's own folder.
