    windows 98 on nforce 430 motherboard

    ya so the nforce 430 chipset doesn't have windows 98 support, but I think one guy from msfn did get the win 2000 drivers working on 98. If I don't get them running, at least graphics drivers might, since the geforce 6150 does actually have win 98 drivers. Alas, I don't currently have an am2 cooler, but I do have a cooler that would work with am2, but don't have the bracket. Maybe since the sempron 3200+ is so weak it doesn't need a cooler :P

    Same thing I went through moving from XP to 7 on a nForce 4 RAID setup. Got it to work, eventually.

    you're telling me drivers from 2009 might work with 98?
