We need to go to AMD, and convince them to continue to support 7, so they can claim more marketshare in China and Russia.

There are still laptops on the market with the AMD Radeon R4 Stoney Ridge graphics card. The laptop I have with this is from 2019, but in late 2020, early 2021 at Best Buy, I saw a laptop with this graphics card. If you see an AMD Radeon R4, chances are it will support Windows 7, though you may have to edit the inf to include your processor and then use the Have Disk installation method.

AMD also announced some graphics cards moving into their legacy cards and also announced that they will no longer make any new drivers for Win7.
