Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.
I'm considering buying a new computer and putting windows 8.1 on it and I was wondering what is the best tool to add the taskbar back in 8.1? I know there are lots of programs like this out there but which one is the best? if anyone could help me figure this out it would be much appreciated (also happy new year)
If you want free, and don't care too much about theming, Open Shell is great. Otherwise StartIsBack is better.
(If you're using Aero Glass with StartIsBack, you'll want to disable start menu translucency, it's bugged and isn't needed since Aero Glass gives it translucency anyways)
