Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.

Windows 7 Games Stutter issue

So i am Running windows 7 on A Asus B450 Board paired with a Ryzen 5 5500 CPU and 16GB ram and a GTX 970
i Tried to:
Updated my Drivers and install difrent ones
Install my chipset drivers
Run a Game from a SSD and a Difrent HDD
Some games work just fine like:
GTA V
GMOD
The Forest Witcher 2(it can be laggy)
Paladins
And some games are unplayable like:
Witcher 3
CSGO
Minecraft
and some more
it's really getting anoying
Any help will be nice :D
