Unread post by blueclouds8666 »

31 years ago today, Windows 3.1 was released to the general public. Often regarded as a simple revision, it was in fact a very important release for the history of computers. To commemorate this special date, i have made a compilation of software released in 1992, the same year the OS was launched, including all kinds of design and productivity applications as common then. Included are the following programs, all tested and checked for period accuracy:

- Aldus IntelliDraw 1.0, released on July 1992
- Aldus Persuasion 2.1, released on February 1992
- Aldus PhotoStyler 1.1a, released on March 1992
- Borland Quattro Pro 1.0, released on September 1992
- Borland Turbo C++ 3.1, released on June 1992
- CorelDRAW! 3.0, released on November 1992
- Lotus Ami Pro 3.0, released on November 1992
- Lotus Approach 2.01, released on October 1992
- Microsoft Access 1.0, released on October 1992
- Microsoft Excel 4.0a, released on October 1992
- Microsoft Money 2.0a, released on October 1992
- Microsoft PowerPoint 3.0, released on May 1992
- Microsoft Productivity Pack 3.1, released on March 1992
- Microsoft Project 3.0, released on March 1992
