Before Windows 10 1703, Windows will just not let you assign a label to any partition other than the first on a USB drive. This seems very artificial, and I'm wondering if anyone knows what change was made in 1703 and if it could be applied to earlier versions with some patching?

Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.

I believe I managed to get it working on 1607, but I don't know exactly what I did. Will have a look.
