I use it as it has a few quality-of-life changes that I like. Compare normal VxKex: to VxKex NEXT:

• The font on NEXT is always Segoe UI instead of default locale font which is ridiculously small on CJK versions of Windows at 100% scaling
• VxKex NEXT tab attaches to shortcuts as well instead of normal VxKex only attaching to executables.
