Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, guests can no longer search the forum or view user accounts. At some point in the future Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability and the lifting of these restrictions. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.
When I installed my internet drivers for Windows 8.1, I noticed the internet was terribly slow but I was reaching over 200mbps download speed. I couldn't watch a youtube video without it taking it a while for it to load and it constantly buffering. This also happened to any other website I try to go to as it takes much longer than it should to load. Am I missing something? Do I need a better driver or is the ISO messed up for me?
And if this is a recent install, are "updates" downloading in the background?
I don't remember if 8.1 does this, but make sure that "Delivery Optimization" is DISABLED.
