Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.
Mesa3D drivers are open-source graphics drivers that implement APIs like OpenGL, Vulkan, OpenCL, and Direct3D (via Gallium) on Windows, Linux and other platforms. If your system has no proper GPU drivers installed or the hardware is unsupported, Mesa can provide software-based OpenGL rendering (via llvmpipe or softpipe).
