Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.

HOW TO GET STEAM WORKING ON Windows 7/8/8.1 8-)

-Install the latest version of Steam.
-Let Steam Update.
-Add to its desktop shortcut's target "-no-cef-sandbox"
-Delete tier0_s.dll and tier0_s64.dll from Steam's directory (C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam)
-Let it update again.
-DONE!!! Steam should prompt you to login now and should work normally like in Windows 10/11. :D :D :D
