How are you listening?

Exactly!!!The-10-Pen wrote: ↑14 Jun 2025, 11:53...But I personally think that is HUMAN NATURE. In my view, we *ALL* have a little OCD, we *ALL* have a litte PTSD, we *ALL* have a little depression, we *ALL* have a little bi-polarism, we *ALL* have a little ADHD, we *ALL* have a little this, a little that. EVERY D#MN ONE OF US!
Same! My entire life I've never had a female dentist and I've even searched for one and there are none in my area so I don't know.The-10-Pen wrote: ↑14 Jun 2025, 11:53I have MANY "triggers". Why do 99% of all toothpaste commercials portray a FEMALE dentist? I have never once met a FEMALE dentist in my entire life!

I have a twelve year old 4th-gen i7 and I used to think that the only way to squeeze every drop of performance out of this twelve year old PC was to run XP.
BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE !!! Believing that MYTH on how awesome XP "is".
I ditched XP only just last year. I now run 2016's Win10. A tweaked and debloated self-created version using freebie tools available to ALL OF US.
I use "GridMove" and have one of my monitors set up to watch SEVEN videos ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
Another monitor reading/replying to emails.
Another monitor browsing and typing this post.
Dead serious. I watch SEVEN videos all at the same time! No stuttering, no lag, no buffering delays. All seven working flawlessly!
And mouse around over custom transparent "hover" controls to pause or mute to control which "one" I am listening to.
All while watching ALL of them.
Move to a different video when one of them is on commercial break. I don't need a remote to bounce around during commercials.
I could never do that on XP !!! No new hardware, just finally ditched XP and learned how to tweak 10!

What are said PowerShell scripts?The-10-Pen wrote: ↑28 Nov 2025, 13:20 You must use Win "1607" and nothing newer and no updates to the original "1607".
Then start removing all of the "baggage" by using NTLite and WinReducerEX.
Then some PowerShell scripts before you ever allow an internet connection.
I technically use Win10 2016 LTSB obtained from work, but the entire process carries over verbatim to "1607".
Problem is some procedures are only available in 1809 and higher, so some programs won't run on 1607.The-10-Pen wrote: ↑28 Nov 2025, 13:20 You must use Win "1607" and nothing newer and no updates to the original "1607".
I just obtained a LTSB install instead, and stripped it down with my own mods (Superfetch off, Defender and Updates disabled, couldn't get NTLite working for some reason) and optimised Edge to only use 400MB RAM with YT open.The-10-Pen wrote: ↑28 Nov 2025, 19:02 My 2016 (and 2015) process did not work on Server 2016 - installation stalls at a license not found error.
No time to debug as I do not use Server 2016 and don't really see the need to invest more of my time into it at the moment.
I may return to it... Eventually... I may not... No real clue at this stage with only "one" interested party.
