your two image attachments demonstrate the difference in colouration between r3dfox
138 and
139 for
the same unvisited link
Actually it's just a bookmark shown in the drop down list of the address bar to expose the difference.

While the term "FTP" is mentioned several times in the linked issue, all affected links cited there are served over HTTPS ...
It doesn't matter for me, for some reason I'm not affected by this light blue color from your pics in the bug report.

138 vs 137 will not make a difference.
If you need the dll for 137, you will also need the dll for 138.
Place msvcp140.dll in the same folder that contains r3dfox.exe
Then close (if open) and relaunch r3dfox.
Note that in some cases you will not know if another dll is needed until you fix the first missing dll.
ie, I also needed to add vcruntime140.dll and vcruntime140_1.dll in addition to msvcp140.dll
Which is identical to what was needed added if I run Mypal68.
When I extracted MSVCP140.dll into the r3dfox folder, I got a message that I already had it. So I tried running 137 again. Then it tells me the dll is still missing, and I can't run 137 at all.
I had to reinstall 132. Sigh.

You need to extract
all of the DLLs from VC++_UCRT_DLLs.7z into the R3dfox folder, not MSVCP140.dll only.

The taskbar bug is back if you use the F11 key for toggling the browser full screen on and off. And once you have done it no workaround is working anymore, a restart of R3dfox is needed.
What happens with this fork?

I can't reproduce it anymore for now

I'm not sure how it happened so forget it and I'll tell you if it occurs again.

I closed r3dfox, extracted all the files.
It says I already have them, do I want to replace them. I said "yes to all"
Then I got 43 error messages "Can not open file. Access denied" Then it names each of the 43 dll's.
But I reopened r3dFox and my version has switched to 137.
Some of my links still aren't clickable, which is what my original problem was.

It's not fixed in v139.0.4rc. OK, technically speaking it's not a release so take this as a reminder
That said, I like the new purple theme
But maybe the dark background is just a little bit too black because it's making some black icons in the drop down list of the bookmarks hard to see (Dark theme + Dark mode + Windows 10 Modern + Eclipse Purple).

Now that you say that, I notice I missed the tab line color. Which will be fixed next release, but what colors are you talking about because everything else should be as it was?

The bookmarks dropdown is supposed to be native styled, which in 10 dark mode is still light. Are you using the non-native menus config? That isn't really a config I considered.
If you mean the bookmarks toolbar, I do notice that is kinda an issue, but if I change the main color, then it is wouldn't really be Eclipse purple anymore.
(I'm going by the two old main colors which is #17151c and #0b0a0d)

Yes, the background color of the drop down list from the toolbar is a bit too black for black icons:

It was working in my test build, but I shifted the code around a bit before release. Maybe I fucked the syntax.
