Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.

as it may not work on all situations, I'll leave it to users to apply and test on their environments instead.

based on reports from UOC users. as UOC patch changes various prefs, making it not always work well in some conditions.

Ah. Makes sense. (Meanwhile, it seems like NM28 compares unfavourably to Firefox 52 and Chrome 49, believe it or not, according to the HTML5test website...)
