Switch Basilisk to another language:
step1 run setup.bat and choose you language and make a note of your [language ID]
note: [Language ID] is important, and you'll use it next!!
#e.g "6. ru Russian" <-- "ru" is the language ID

step2 Setup manually: <change your user agent>
1 run basilisk
2 In the address bar, type in "about:config" and press "Enter"
3 Dismiss the warning.
4 modify "general.useragent.local" enter you [language ID]


Back to default language "English US"
If Switch Basilisk to another language failed. Roll back.
run setup.bat -> choose 7
