I was wondering if there where any good tips on how one might go about removeing all the unneeded features in windows 10 (eg: telemetry uneeded programs e.t.c) if anyone has any good tips on how to remove these annoyances it would be much appreciated

MSMG Toolkit and OOSU10 are what I've used in the past.
