Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.
This is the last OBS version you ideally should use on Windows 7, as it's the last version that lets you disable Aero via a checkbox in the program options. Unless someone decides to add it to OBS 29.1.3, or doesn't use Aero at all
You can either use VxKex, or the Qt DLLs in the attachment
