I forked OpenJDK 21 and made this

it runs under vista without the extended kernel and networking actually works
i havent been able to get x86 to build and there are no x86 builds available so it probably wont happen
xp builds wont happen since that needs more than a few edits and brand changes (thats outside of my knowledge)

Can you send me the download? It is no longer available on GitHub

I had downloaded it but I've never used it so use it at your own risks.
