How the Classic Theme works

It's better then suspending the Desktop Window Manager because that bugs out the whole system while this still uses DWM to keep the system running smooth.

AFAIK you just can't stop DWM on Windows 8 and above because it will automatically restart. You even get a warning window if you try to kill the process.
So I wonder if suspending it will work fine, that should be checked in a virtual machine ;)
