| with steam dropping support for 8/8.1 in 2023 its been almost a year now since then and no fix or workarounds have been found yet both these OSes are perfectly stable and non-telemetry filled and it would be amazing to get modern revisions working on them again just like good old times |

| 7 you can do something with VxKex, 8.1 doesn't really have a modern Steam fix. Although I still use 2023-07-10 hotfix just fine. idk when Steam will break. |
