    Flyby11 is a simple patcher that removes the annoying restrictions preventing you from installing Windows 11 (24H2) on unsupported hardware.

    But! A processor with the PopCnt instruction is required:

    That's just FYI because: do NOT use Windows 11, it's a giant spyware.
