Intel GMA 915GM Windows 98 driver

Has anyone ever had luck with these drivers? They note that 3D acceleration doesn't work. I have a Dell Inspiron 1300 with a celeron m @ 1.5ghz, 2gb ram and GMA 900 graphics.
