Due to server slowness, downtime, and other issues, Eclipse will be moving to a more stable and efficient platform that should result in much better stability. There is no timeline for this yet, just want you to know what's happening with all the downtime and I have a plan to fix it.

So according to this article, Cortana can be removed completely from Windows 10 since 2004.

If they remove Cortana they much have implemented spying somewhere else.

They probably have.

From what I can tell, best method is to use 1909 and earlier and uninstall Cortana anyways and use Classic Shell or SIB as an alternative start menu search. Better method would be to just use 7.

It's a given if you use 10 anyways, so either purify LTSC 2019 or just do the above and wreck the shell out; sure it's not ideal but what else can you possibly do?

Yep, it can be removed since it's a UWP app.
Uses Windows 10 on my primary PC and Windows 8.1 on my secondary PC. I like Windows 2k, XP, Vista(Huge fan of Vista) , 7, 8.1 and 10 too. I hate Windows 11 and ME.
