Even though it might not seem like the logical approach, playing Win32 games over Wine or Proton is actually the preferred and recommended way of playing games under Linux environments
[1][2]. Traditionally, Linux game ports were plagued with issues
[3], relying on the only graphical API available back then, OpenGL. In modern times, game developers don't bother with native ports as wrapper technologies have got exponentially better, often beating native Microsoft Windows implementations
[4]. Either case, it's still nice to have native Linux ports available as Wine and Proton are still not perfect.

I'm surprised to see that some titles are missing from the lists, from my own research, here are some:
- DiRT Showdown (officially ported in 2015)
- DiRT Rally 1.5 (officially ported in 2017)
- DiRT 4 (officially ported in 2019)
- F1 2017 (officially ported in 2017)
- Euro Truck Simulator 2 (has a 64-bit compatible version)
- Metro Exodus (officially ported in 2021)
- Rigs of Rods (BeamNG predecessor, officially ported in 2007, newer versions are 64-bit native)
- X-Plane (if i'm not mistaken, since version 8.0, released 2004, newer versions are 64-bit native)
- Universe Sandbox 2 (since release, now renamed Universe Sandbox)
- Unreal Tournament 2003 and 2004 (since release, might not work with 64-bit Linux)
- Minetest (popular Minecraft clone)
- Classicube (another popular Minecraft clone based on 0.30)
- Killing Floor (officially ported in 2012)
- Black Mesa (since release)
