This is the first upload of 2023. PEMaker is a tool that can rewrite the export table and relocation table of PE format executable files. In addition, you can change OS version, subsystem version (minimal version of Windows that it can be run) and some more.

@K4sum1 Probably, but for someone like me , who doesn't know much about programming, PE Maker seems simpler to use. Maybe make a tutorial how to do all those features with CF Explorer? Thanks in advance.

CFF Explorer is better

you're saying that because PE = Physical Education
and you are fat
therefore you would rather avoid touching it

I gave it a try, and I remembered what the issue was. I can't just type in the OSVersion and SubSysVersion fields even though it lets me do it. If I only type there and click save, it doesn't apply the change. I have to click the button next to the fields, type what I want there, then save.
CFF Explorer does seem harder and probably takes longer too, I know I would constantly fuck this up by only typing in the field, being confused, realizing what I did, and then doing it the right way.
I should try to get a shell extension made for
WindowsVersionTroll, would solve the issue and make it very fast to use.
