AM5 boards with Windows 7 compatibility

Has anyone tried getting Windows 7 to run on an AM5 (Zen 4, Ryzen 7000 series CPU) system?
This post:
apparently has a working Windows 7 setup on a Zen 4 CPU.

Yeah, make sure resizeable bar is turned off you can use uefi boot as well. Also turn off tpm, fast boot, and secure boot.
Call me Desdinova Eternal light. These gravely digs of mine will surely prove a sight.

Makes sense why you want TPM and "secure" boot off, but why resizeable bar?
