New PCSX2 backports in development

Research and development for a new version of PCSX2 XP, as well as a Windows 7 backport for the latest version of PCSX2, starts today as a personal project. More information available on my latest blog post:

- Both backports will be entirely released as free and open source, with no binary blobs, features locked behind payment or anything similar. You are always welcome to make a donation once the final version releases, if you personally find it useful.
- Compatibility with Windows Vista, Vista with Extended Kernel, 7 RTM, 8.0, 8.1 and all their server counterparts will be had in mind during development so their users can also enjoy from the new features and fixes whenever possible in each respective backport. However, Windows 2000 is not in the plans due to complexities involved.
