How to remove the blue startup screen banner from Easy2Boot/E2B

This was way too hard to find, so I'm posting it here like my GitHub expanded_assets guide.

To remove this, make an empty file named nobanner.txt in the _ISO folder on your E2B USB drive, and the startup screen and delay are gone.
