32GB RAM
GTX 780 Ti (RX 6600 XT normally)
BIOS Revision 7B86vP6

I used the ISO linked here, patched the ACPI, and updated to the latest extended kernel.

I haven't had a real chance to test stability yet, but it seems okay so far. The only problem I've encountered is that r3dfox kept crashing, which was apparently related to the Nvidia drivers. I've just been using Supermium for now.

i have installed vista on b550m-k ds3h with r5 5600x + rx 580 + nvme m.2 ssd 512 gb, r3dfox aint crashing but prefer supermium than it, actually enjoying of using it but theres not a lot of thing where i can use vista instead of 7 (idk how there show image without services like imgur, cannot make proof srry)
