Steam on Windows 7/8/8.1, in 2025! (WORKS)

HOW TO GET STEAM WORKING ON Windows 7/8/8.1 
-Install the latest version of Steam.
-Let Steam Update.
-Add to its desktop shortcut's target "-no-cef-sandbox"
-Delete tier0_s.dll and tier0_s64.dll from Steam's directory (C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam)
-Let it update again.
-DONE!!! Steam should prompt you to login now and should work normally like in Windows 10/11.
-Install the latest version of Steam.
-Let Steam Update.
-Add to its desktop shortcut's target "-no-cef-sandbox"
