If you care like a little tiny bit or are unresponsible when browsing the internet :kekw:
As follows:

Free, sorted by gut feeling:

ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Safety Scanner
Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool
Panda Cloud Cleaner
Trellix Stinger
Zemana Anti-Malware
Comodo Cleaning Essentials
AdLice RogueKiller

Other
Gridinsoft Trojan Killer (for that specific niche of malware)

Paid:
Gridinsoft Anti Malware

Shouldn't use, why:
Norton Power Eraser: Getting discontinued
Malwarebytes: Runs in the background eating up RAM, aggressive advertising of premium version

Some of these also support Windows XP, see here

Almost all of these are free on-demand scanners, (for the exception of the single Paid one) which means you get a free-forever tool that just scans and removes malware by your request. Full protection is available from all the companies that provide these, if you were to need it.

Malwarebytes isn't that bad if only used as a scanner. There's no need to have antivirus running in the background if you dont download a bunch of stuff and install random programs. If you do that, then I suggest you use Sandboxie which isolates files and programs into containers without sacrificing a lot of performance.
